In order to meet and exceed the requirements of our customers in a cost-effective manner, Veloris (formerly Ecobat Battery) will operate a Quality Assurance System designed to ensure the ‘Right First time Approach’. It is a prime requirement of our approach to quality that each person recognises and accepts his/her own contribution to customer service and quality by the responsibility for quality of his/her own output.
