In order to meet and exceed the requirements of our customers in a cost-effective manner, Veloris operates a Quality Assurance System aimed at ensuring a ‘Right First time Approach’. As part of this approach, all of our employees recognise and accept the high standard of their own contribution to customer service and quality.

To support the continued success of our business, we are committed to operating in a systematic, organised, and cost-effective manner that focuses on meeting customer needs and expectations.

Where applicable, our operational systems are aligned with the principles of ISO 9001:2015, and our certified locations maintain documented processes within their Quality Management System. All personnel are required to follow the relevant procedures, work instructions, and standards that apply to their site and role.

To achieve our objectives, we will:

  • Work closely with suppliers so they understand and can meet our requirements.
